Business Park Berlin is the largest business park in Berlin and is a key component in the development of the region around the airport. It covers an area of around 105 hectares and is located on the northeastern perimeter of Berlin Brandenburg Airport. The attractively landscaped site offers a selection of plots, which can be flexibly divided up into made-to-measure, fully developed plots, suitable for all types of businesses. Business Park Berlin is a highly attractive investment location. Approximately 41 hectares have already been sold, and the Business Park Berlin investors are presently negotiating with potential users. Building applications have been submitted for the first projects, and structural building work is expected to start in 2011.
First development phase completed
The first development stage with a four-lane access road and two connecting roads was completed at the end of 2009. The overall development of Business Park Berlin will take place in four successive stages, and will run concurrently with the sale of the plots still available. The start of construction for the second stage is scheduled for summer 2011.
An attractive entrance for businesses and service companies
The attractive 14-hectare entrance area, which is situated on the B96a, is destined to become a sought-after address for offices, hotels and service industry companies. The development plan envisages two areas with an urban character, a business and a services complex, each with a distinct profile, and access to the spacious business park that lies behind this entrance. Large parts of the entrance area of Business Park Berlin have already been sold to investors. Approximately six hectares are still available to purchase in this part of Business Park Berlin. The entrance area of Business Park Berlin was fully developed in the first development stage. The development plan is legally binding and building permits can be issued.

Technology and sales enterprises, light industry, commercial enterprises with large space requirements and logistics centres will find the ideal site for their new headquarters here in the 75-hectare central area of Business Park Berlin. In addition to conventional commercial sites, there are also industrial sites in the southern part of the development that are suitable for businesses with 24-hour operations.

Business Park Berlin has two decisive advantages: a very high location quality and the excellent intermodal transport infrastructure. In addition to providing direct access to the airport and having its own urban railway station, Business Park Berlin is connected to local and national road and rail networks. Deutsche Bahn will be including Berlin Brandenburg Airport in its route network with a full range of regional and international services and will also be providing services to Poland and the Czech Republic. Access to Business Park Berlin is via the newly laid-out junction of the B 96a. The nearby A 113 exit and the A 117 connect Business Park Berlin to the national road network: northbound to the A 100 city ring road and southbound to the A 10 Berlin motorway ring.
